Working Principle
Firstly raw materials including rubber compounds, fillers, accelerators, plasticisers, etc. are loaded into the mixing chamber equipped with Sigma rotors or blades for mixing. The rotors or blades move in a controlled speed and direction of rotation to knead and mix the materials together. The heat generated during the kneading process helps to soften the rubber and improve the dispersion of the additives. The temperature, pressure and other parameters of the mixing process can be set and monitored by sensors and control systems. After mixing, the mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at an inclination of 140 degrees.
