Working Principle
Mixing of the rubber material with the vulcanizing machine: the first step in the vulcanizing process is to mix the rubber raw material with the vulcanizing agent, fillers and other additives in a homogeneous way, this process is usually carried out by the opener, which ensures a homogeneous dispersion of the mixture.
