4 Roll Calender Machine is one of the specifications of rubber calender machine, which is used for processing rubber, plastic, silicone and so on. Different from 3 Roll Calender Machine, 4 Roll Calender has two pairs of rollers, one on top and one on bottom, which work together to process raw materials.
When working, the raw material is firstly fed into the machine by the upper feeding roller, and the rollers of the upper and lower roller groups work together to extrude the material. Before entering the lower roller group, the materials are crushed many times and gradually become diluted materials sent out by the discharging roller.
